The waltz Bei uns z'Haus (With Us At Home, German title is Viennese slang) by Johann Strauss Jr. was originally composed as a choral waltz for the 1873 World's Fair in Vienna. It premiered on 6 August 1873 in the Schwenders Neue Welt amusement park in Vienna directed by the composer himself. The arrangement is kept in the original key of the composition for symphony orchestra and was commissioned and first time performed by Mozarteum Wind Philharmonic Salzburg conducted by Hansjoerg Angerer at their "New Year's Concert" on 6 January 2011 at the "Grosses Festspielhaus" (Large Festival Hall) in Salzburg, Austria.
