A More Perfect Union is a medley of my own arrangements of some of the most popular American Patriotic Tunes. Each arrangement is thematically linked, not only by its Patriotic nature, but its harmonic, structural, and stylistic content. It begins with up to 3 soloists playing Echo Taps, then moves in the iconic Battle Hymn of the Republic. It soon transitions to a jazzy America the Beautiful, followed by a toe-tapping You're a Grand Old Flag. A stirring setting of America proceeds into The Star-Spangled Banner and a final strong ending featuring the refrain of The Battle Hymn. This medley is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for any Patriotic Concert!
