Away In A Manger for Flute Bb Clarinet is new for September 2020 and is in a sentimental smooshy smooth jazz style. As well as very much incorporating the original (Mueller) melody, additional original material has been added to really allow the clarinet to soar at its best. It is one of five pieces from 'Christmas Jazz - Volume 2' Clarinet edition, which includes; Deck The Halls (Piazzolla style!), The Holly and the Ivy (ballad), O Holy Night (a bit cheeky!), Away in a manger (another beautiful ballad), and Ukrainian Folk Carol - a swung showstopper!). Christmas Jazz Volume 1 also has five Jazz-inspired beautiful Christmas pieces too; God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Silent Night, The First Nowell, I Saw Three Ships, and Hark The Herald and is by the same composers.
