Product Description

7 Festive Favourites for mixed ability Bb Clarinet group. The lower part (Clarinet 3) is the easier part; generally around grade 2 (with almost all notes being under the break), the middle part (Clarinet 2) uses mainly mid register notes and is suited to players of around grade 2 to 4 level. The upper part (Clarinet 1) has more technical gymnastics (and generally uses more upper middle range, and  C and D from the top register) and is aimed at grade 4 to 6 players. The styles range from traditional arrangements (God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, The First Noel, and Carol Of The Bells), through to more original adaptations; I Saw Three Ships (in 7/8), The Wassail Swing, and See Amid The Winter's Snow, and O Come O Come Emmanuel.  There is an audio file one of the pieces (God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen) which is, although performed on saxophones on the recording, gives a good guide to style. Our YouTube link gives more detail, with excerpts of all seven pieces that you will receive.
