This arrangement is adapted from the video game version of the main theme. It is meant to be highly faithful to the original composition, with the exception of shortening some breaks to keep the simpler arrangement in motion throughout. Time signature is 12/8 but can be though of in 4/4 with each quarter beat broken into triplets.

Guitar part is in TAB. features mainly first position chords suitable for new fingerstyle students. Higher position chords do not go above the octave, making the part playable across a wide range of guitars.

Flute part is faithful to the melody, with the bridge portion pulled from a textural-yet-audible woodwind part.
