The start of the piece introduces both tenor saxes with solos with trombones giving us the harmony. This builds up and, after a brief pause, our new swung, funky, two-feel tempo is presented. It kicks off with a fun trombone soli for the pre-chorus, before the whole ensemble comes together for the choruses.

The middle of the piece presents opportunites for some open solos for any instrument, which is then followed by a climactic collection of solis where most of the rhythm has dropped out. The piece ends with a final chorus and then a syncopated, bell-entry ending.
