The pieces, suitable for late beginners, can be performed on a small harp (19/22 strings, lower note G) and a few very simple lever changes are required (B flat, F sharp, C sharp). Fingerings are included in the score. The French folk repertoire is particularly rich and varied: from the north to the south of the country, each region has its own styles and characteristics.
