This piece mimics the machinery of a clock using a strongly accented percussive piano play, skilfully constructed to master a variety of music articulations, (does not need pedal). Reminiscent of jazz soloing, harmonies are in continuum motion, sometimes evading the original key; ranging from tonal to dissonant.
