Luzes Flutuantes ("Floating Lights") is an improvised passacaglia for dulcimer, harp or piano composed by Daniel Luna de Menezes in 2021. The title, which illustrates the atmosphere expressed by the song, refers to the image of points of light floating in the air, like fireflies in a forest at night.

This sheet music is suitable for both harpa and piano. When played on a piano, it is recommended to use the pedal to produce a harp-like sound. The clean writing gives the performer the freedom to perform the dynamics and articulation as they prefers. The tempo can be freely flexibilized with rubato. Ornamentation and improvisation are also allowed.
