Product Description
The composer, Samuel Ward, and Lyricist Katharine Lee Bates never met, though they shared similar inspirations for their work. Both wrote their respective music and poetry after an inspiring trip around America. They weren't intended to go together, but once they were published together in 1910, America, the Beautiful was cemented in American history. This arrangement begins with a beautiful Rubato variation, followed by a jazz ballad variation, and finishes with a powerful fanfare variation guaranteed to fill the audience with patriotic pride!
All of these works are available individually or all together in my "United We Stand" Collection.
