Bells is a late elementary descriptive piece that uses the pedal to ring accented bell notes within the right hand. This is a good piece to teach locations of notes around the grand staff over a simple bass line. The magic of the piece is bringing out the hidden melody of the tower bells. Bells was originally published in the Frederick Harris collection titled Wildflowers which is now out of print. It is my pleasure to make these pieces available again individually. Susan Alcon
