A hauntingly beautiful Christmas vocal solo with words by Lawrence Lee with piano accompaniment and optional obbligato flute recounting a shepherd as he followed the star. 

Follow some of the words as you listen:  A star had shown above to light the sky with rays of heaven.  I, a shepherd watched, the glorious light that filled the night.  God's peace had touched my heart, His love to impart.  I gazed at the light, amazed, I followed the star. 
Refrain:  I looked down on Him, He was just a baby; a child of Mary, no royal off'rings.  Still in my heart I knew He was my Savior, I had found favor; I had seen our new born King!   Also available for Tenor solo or SATB.
