The Minuet in G major is a keyboard piece included in the 1725 Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach. Until 1970, it was attributed to Johann Sebastian Bach (BWV Anh. 114), but it is now universally attributed to Christian Petzold.[1][2][3] It is a 32-measure piece primarily in the key of G major. Now in the 21st Century, the piece has been rearranged into 2 different keys Perfect 5th apart(G and C Major).

This arrangement is for Teacher/Student. The Students part is the melody being played in both G and C Major and the Teachers part is the left-hand in both keys. This is a good practice piece as it is easily identifiable and promotes ear-training as the student is hearing the melody in 2 different keys. Enjoy this classic masterpiece.
