Product Description

The publication of the scores of two surviving fragments of music to the Moscow State Yiddish Theater (GOSET) production Shulamis (1937) is based on the manuscripts from musical archive of Lev PULVER (1883 1970). It has been realized and edited by Sergei LEONOV. Both pieces definitely are among the masterpieces of Yiddish musical culture of the 20th century.

Introductory text to the publication, written by Sergei Leonov, includes a short biography of the composer and a description of "Shulamis".
