This short work (under two minutes) was written for Brett and Eddy, the TwoSet Violin YouTubers.

For inspiration, I started with the idea of perpetual motion created by interlocking rhythms. I wrote most of the pizzicato section first, and everyone said it sounded like rain. I'm both a classical musician and a fiddler, and I've always been interested in the intersection between classical western art music and folk music.
