This is a professional arrangement for mariachi band of the world famous song "Mujeres Divinas", made famous by the singer Vicente Fernández and composed by Martín Urieta. Duration 03:15 min.
Mariachi music has origins in Mexican history and emerged as early as the 1850s from the ranches and small towns of western Mexico, particularly in the states of Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, Colima, and Aguascalientes.
In the 1930s thanks to radio stations, movie studios, and record companies the mariachi music was transformed into one of Latin America's favorite music.
By the 1950s, its standard sound of two trumpets, three violins, vihuela (small guitar), and guitarrón (big bass guitar) was set. Since then, its repertoire of fast-paced sones, expressive canciones rancheras ("country" songs), polkas, syncopated huapangos, romantic boleros, and more has been heard throughout the world.
