Product Description

In 1849 English organist Henry John Gauntlett set the poem written by Cecil Francis Alexander to a melody he had named "Irby" which is now known as Once In Royal Davids City. The French carol, Il est né or He is Born was first published in 1862 although it is considered to be an ancient carol. The two carols are very similar in structure and phrasing.

This is playable on both Lever & Pedal Harps. Both parts include knocking on the soundboard. Sections of the songs (A, B) and dynamics are clearly marked. You will receive the Score, Harp I, and Harp II.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
