Product Description

Bela Bartok wrote his Sonatina for piano in 1915, based on Romanian folk tunes. It was written in the same year as his popular 'Romanian folk dances', and the pieces have a lot in common. He arranged the Sonatina for orchestra and named this suite 'Transylvanian Dances'. Here the Sonatina is arranged for string quartet and flute.

  2. Medvetanc (Bear Dance)
  3. Finale
