This is a collection of all 9 MINUETS that are in the 1725 Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach (Including the famous Minute in G by Christian Petzold, formerly attributed to J.S. Bach). Johann Sebastian Bach gave his wife, Anna Magdalena so she could transcribe in pieces she liked and would use. Most of the pieces in the 2 Notebooks were written down by Anna Magdalena herself.
This collection also contains a brief essay about the Notebooks and a biography of Anna Magdalena Bach. 26 of the little keyboard pieces of the Notebook can also be purchased in this collection here at sheetmusicplus: (S0.819079).
