Product Description

As you might guess from the title, master Broadway composer Irving Berlin's 1918 song "They Were All Out of Step But Jim" pokes good-natured fun at a mother's pride in her soldier son's marching prowess. The music that Berlin uses for these lyrics is perfect for them. It combines a little patriotic flair with a little flavor of an Irish jig.   Our arrangement of this piece spreads melodic responsibilities among the top four parts. Arranged for brass quintet (two Bb trumpets, French horn, trombone, and tuba). Performance time is approximately 1:44. Visit our website, www.tootsuitebrasspublishing.com, for a catalog of our arrangements available through sheetmusicplus.com.
