Product Description

This well known Christmas carol is arranged for two flutes and a clarinet. Each flute has an opportunity to play the verse while the clarinet leads the refrain. At the conclusion of the second verse, a chromatic shift in measure 51 signifies a change in style as the final extended cadence approaches. I have chosen not to add slurring to the first flute from measure 51 to the end, it can work nicely detached, or slurred to match the rhythm of the other parts. This arrangement is ideal Christmas season repertoire. The full score comes with three separate parts attached and has a performance duration approaching two and a half minutes.
