Are you learning or teaching the Arpeggione Sonata on viola with no pianist in sight?  Want to learn better how the piano and viola parts connect and work together?  Playing it on a recital?  Got a viola buddy you want to practice with?  You know how we violists like to do things together.  Here's a chance to play the Arpeggione Sonata (movement 1) in a whole new way.  Not sure what Schubert would think, but it's really fun and challenging for both parts.  I think it honors the intent of the original pretty well, too.  Feel free to transfer fingerings and bowings from your own solo part.  There are just a few changes in the "viola 1" part that flesh out the lines for duet purposes, but you should recognize it.  Have fun!
