A beautiful Christmas hymn with music by Kevin G. Pace and text by Mary Ann Snowball below:
Imagine this new Baby Jesus; Imagine the
manger so rare.
Imagine Him lying on sweet-smelling hay,
And then of his mothers kind care.
Imagine true Joseph responding To Mary
and her every need.
Imagine him holding this Son in his
arms, Then pondering how he would lead.
Imagine small sheep and their shepherds On
hillsides in darkness of night.
Imagine the stars shining brightly above;
Imagine them bringing such light.
Imagine true words from the angels: "Fear
not; its a sign unto you."
Imagine them running with greatest of
haste In search of this Baby so new.
Imagine the three wise men traveling Far
into the lands of his birth.
Imagine them carrying treasures of
wealth Selected because of great worth.
Imagine the camels they rode on For days
as they looked in the sky.
Imagine the joy when they finally
arrived; Imagine Him being nearby.
Imagine this new Baby Jesus; Imagine his
childhood there.
Imagine his years as He grew and He
learned; Imagine the cross He would bear.
Remember the life He assured us, His
promise to give and to lift.
Imagine, this Christmas, of kneeling so
close And offering love as a gift.
