Bohemian Rhapsody by the British rock band Queen was released as the lead single from their fourth studio album A Night at he Opera in 1975. It was written by their lead singer Freddy Mercury as a six-minute suite without a refraining chorus and consisting of the sections Intro, Ballad, Opera, Hard Rock and a coda. It became Quenn's first number one hit and is considered by many as one of the greatest pop songs ever. This arrangement was written in the style of Symphonic Rock pieces and commissioned and first time performed on 23 April 2016 by Mozarteum Wind Philharmonic Salzburg conducted by Hansjoerg Angerer at the Great Hall of the Mozarteum Foundation in Salzburg, Austria.
