Product Description
THE DINO STOMP is a quirky song for your mid to late beginner student that uses the D Major 5-Finger scale. This is a great, quick piece for your students to work on their D Major 5-Finger Position. The tempo is at a steady 110bpm so students wont have a difficult time playing the song. Other than the hand position, you can also review intervals with students from a 2nd up to a 5th.
The lyrics of the song are:
"Let's all do the dino stomp! Let's all do the dino stomp!
Stomp on the left, stomp on the right. Back to the left, back to the right!
Let's all do the, let's all do the dino stomp! Dino Stomp!
Let's all do the dino stomp! Let's all do the dino stomp!"
There are four versions of the song you can use with students:
- Version 1 with regular note heads and sharp notes.
- Version 2 with note names in the noteheads and sharp notes.
- Version 3 with regular note heads in the key of D Major.
- Version 4 with note names in the noteheads in the key of D Major.
I hope you and your students have fun playing the song!
