In late summer 2022, I was walking in Southbank, in London, and saw a couple walking by the river, each holding a chocolate crepe. Suddenly the guy accidentally dropped his crepe on the ground and his girlfriend immediately said: Ill split mine with you. The spontaneity and warmth of this event had an immediate impact on me and I decided to write a piece about it, from the perspective of an outsider desiring this warmth and closeness.

This is an intemediate to advanced level piece for classical guitar. It also works quite well for acoustic guitar.
