Product Description
"One in a Million" is a single released from the album One in a Million by Swedish artist Bosson in 2000.
The song was part of the soundtrack for the 2000 movie Miss Congeniality and was nominated for a Golden Globe for "Best Original Song Motion Picture". It became a Top 10 hit in Europe and Asia in 2000 and 2001, and has been popular ever since.
I recently re-watched Miss Congeniality (it's one of my favourite films, so I always watch it at least once a year), and I got inspired to arrange this song, as I've always loved it: it's definitely part of my personal soundtrack for the early 2000s.
Here is my arrangement for string quartet: this version is the complete, original song, which include a couple of bits that weren't featured in the film version used in "Miss Congeniality": one bit that wasn't included in the film was a rap section, which, in my arrangement, is a battle between the 2nd violin and viola.
The lyrics are really romantic, and perfect for a wedding, and, if you're looking for some 2000s nostalgia, this is a great addition to your quartet pads.
Thank you for looking and I hope that you enjoy it: if you are after the Film version of the song, I've also arranged a version of that for quartet: I've marked that clearly as the "Film version".
