Product Description

This duet for piano and keyboard is a very solemn, sombre piece that is fitting for both funerals and Ash Wednesday services, as well as an instrumental piece any time during the season of Lent or where mourning is appropriate, such as Good Friday. The melody part is easy but contains a good amount of leger lines, so the more advanced piano student may like to help out the melody player to label some of the notes to make it easier. Ideally this would be played with one keyboard and one piano, but it can also be performed with two pianos if the accompaniment player is comfortable rearticulating the chords as necessary so they dont fade away too soon.

Also available by searching this website and my name you can find versions for cello, trumpet, flute, and more. For sheet music for yet a different instrument or for a higher or lower key just write to me and I will gladly publish it for you.
