Leo Brouwer composed the Estudios Sencillos (Simple Studies) in the 1970's, and number six is by far my personal favourite. It's a wonderful warmup in addition to be very satisfying to play.

Matt Bellamy played this piece at the start of the band Muse's performance of "Unintended" at Wembley Stadium in 2007.
