It isnt a happy tune and talks about the regrets of Christmases past and the need to make amends, keep our promises, and pay attention to friends & family. It is necessary, painful, and full of truth that most of us need to hear in these modern times. I hope that it rings true with you as well and that you end up with an appreciation for it.
