Product Description
Milharal is a baião, typical of the northeastern region of Brazil, very cheerful, written by Daniel Ganc, arranged by David Ganc for flute choir (piccolo, 5 C flutes, alto flute, bass flute and contrabass flute, with room for improvisation for the 1st and 2nd flutes).
Milharal was presented on the XVII online International Flute Festival, by the ABRAF Orchestra gathering 182 flutists from all over Brazil. Daniel Gancs Milharal is inspired by the armorial music of the Brazilian Northeast. The novelty in an unprecedented way, is the inclusion of pifanos, which are genuinely Brazilian wooden flutes that brings a joyful sound, adding a special spice. So, with the complete flute family, plus the pifes, zabumba and triangle, typical of Brazilian northeastern music, the swing is right there!
