This hilarious and daft comedy song was written and recorded by the Goons. This version is arranged for a solo singer (alto or high tenor) with a short section where two or more other voices can sing as a "heavenly choir", although this is optional. The song begins and is punctuated with short snappy swing-band sections, and features some really bad piano playing - some guidance is given on the score. There is an Irish ballad in the song which can be sung with far too much pathos.
It is a fun sing, and also a lot of fun for an accompanist!
