This is a transcription of the Glenn Miller/Jerry Gray arrangement that became a No.1 hit for the Glenn Miller Orchestra in 1940. The sax section features 3 altos and 2 tenors, as originally recorded by Miller, but the 3rd alto could be played on baritone sax if the double isn't available. Brass ranges are moderate (1st Trumpet requires C6 and 1st Trombone A4, albeit only once) and the trumpet solos orginally performed by Clyde Hurley and R.D.
