Product Description

Angeli, Archangeli by Andrea Gabrieli is a sacred a cappella motet in the Renaissance style first published in Venice, 1576. It is in 4 parts and is contained in his collection entitled Ecclesiasticarum cantionum 4 vocum and is often sung for the feast of All Saints.

The text which is included with the score refers to the Angels, archangels, thrones and dominions. This work has been beautifully transcribed by Italian trombonist and educator Fabio Rovere for Trombone Quartet, scored for alto trombone, 2 tenor trombones and bass trombone.
