This is a delicate and highly atmospheric piece, unusally chromatic on the harp with sutbly shifting harmonies. There are no advanced techniques required but the pedalling is tricky and the phrasing isn't easy to pull off as a lot of the piece is very high in the pedal harp register. However, it is a magical short piece that would contrast well with something rich and romantic, or fast and more contemporary.
