This String Trio arrangement was done specifically for a Bride who wanted it to be a regal-sounding grand entrance march for her many attendants - down a very long pathway - in a very lush and lovely Botanical Garden. It was definitely a pomp-and-circumstance moment in an overwhelmingly beautiful setting - and the music did not disappoint. This special-request arrangement adequately and eloquently punctuates the 4/4/march-tempo "heartbeat" rhythm of the song, but also features the lyrical and passionate quality of the string instruments. Taylor Swift herself describes this song as "a love letter to love - in all of its maddening, passionate, exciting, enchanting, horrific, tragic, wonderful glory." Enough said.
