This is a hauntingly beautiful melody in E minor arranged for classical guitar and played here on an old Gibson J35 guitar. Every verse originally had the same melody. I wrote a new melody for the final verse to use as a chorus.

This song is also known as "A Dying Californian."

As it is in E minor good use is made of open strings with melody notes going up to the 10th and 12th frets

It is at an easy intermediate level and the TAB should help with the fingering
