Product Description

Gregorio Allegri's Miserere is one of the masterpieces of the High Renaissance. The score was jealously guarded by the Sistine Chapel Choir, though both Mozart and Mendelssohn famously transcribed it by ear.

The recorder orchestra is in two groups: a main group:
CHORUS - descant/treble /tenor 1/tenor 2/contrabass (with optional bass and great bass parts)
and a smaller group;
SOLI - sopranino/treble/bass/great bass/contrabass

Score and parts.
