This piano solo based on Hadyn's theme has an optimistic and jolly character. It is presented in the key of C and then in the original key of E-flat. One of my high school students just couldn't handle three flats, so I transposed the piece into C at his request:). Also, most students are a little confused by the concept of "transposition" and this presentation could help alleviate this issue for many students.
