This arrangement for wind quintet (i.e., flute, oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet/bassoon and horn), SATB choir and/or keyboard/organ is based on a combination of 2 Canadian Brass quintet arrangements of O Sacred Head, Now Wounded and Ah, Holy Jesus.
(When a bassoon is used instead of a bass clarinet, the bassoonist may play from the part marked "Bass/Pedal", extracted from the Octavo. Some bass singers should switch to the Bass/Pedal line in the Octavo when starting to sing the portion for Ah, Holy Jesus.)
The performance in the YouTube video is 4:18 long and consists of the first verse only of O Sacred Head, followed by 3 verses of Ah, Holy Jesus. Of course, all 3 verses of O Sacred Head may be performed first, which increases the performance time to approximately 6 or 7 minutes.
