Product Description

This piece was inspired by the very first novel that I had ever written when I was only nineteen years old. It is an epic tale about a troubled young teen who uses his powers for evil to seek revenge on all the ones who he has deemed unworthy of life. Not only is this another spin on the superhero themes such as good vs. evil, but a social commentary on how society treats those who are seeking comfort in a world that has them cast them out, as well as a coming of age tale about what it truly means to be human. as I was inspired to write the story by the superhero films that were coming out during my early years as an artist, I decided to accompany this story with a piece of my own, much like in the style of John Williams and Hans zimmer, who were both two film composers I aspire to be like one day. I had the first opportunity to write the early drafts my freshman year of college, and by the end of my undergraduate career, I was grateful enough to have the saginaw valley state university concert band premiere it for their spring concert in 2019. This piece truly is one of my greatest accomplishments in my career!
