The Bugatti-Step , it is called ragtime which was created by czech composer Jaroslav Ježek in 1931 for the piece "Don Juan und Comp.". This exuberant, nimble music got its name from the Bugatti, the fastest automobile at the time, in which the famous Czech racing driver Eliška Junková solemnly defeated all her male colleagues at that time - just as in the upside-down incident in the play Poor Women Rush don Juan. My arrangement of this popular piece is transcribed for Violin and Piano.
