In Memoriam, A.H.H., Op. 80 by Ryan LeGrand.
This song cycle, written for Baritone and Piano, is a setting of portions of Alfred, Lord Tennyson's poetry cycle "In Memoriam, A.H.H." which was written over a period of about 20 years. Tennyson's daughter's fiance was killed and Tennyson wrote the cycle of about 150 poems over 20 years as a grieving process. The complete cycle in approximately 25-30 minutes in duration. The piano and vocal score is 33 pages.
