This piece is the result of a 2020 lockdown commission by Heswall Concert Band, which needed a piece to work on that didn't involve its members playing wind and brass instruments! The "instrumentation" consists of a Rhythm Core of Hand Brush, Hip Tap, Clap, and Stamp; and 3 Sections: Shoulders, Knees, and Bellies; and a bass (acoustic or electric). Ideally, the Shoulders, Knees and Bellies sections should each have several members; the Rhythm Core should have 1 or 2 members on each part.

Some light choreography is suggested in the score, but the bandleader may indulge their own creativity in this regard.
