This is an arrangement of Beethoven's Victory in Wellington in brass octet. It depicts the war between the British army led by Wellington and the French army led by Napoleon.

Napoleon was defeated in the this Victoria War and disappeared into history.
Scenes of war are well portrayed in music through major melodies that symbolize Britain and France.
It ends with a "god save the queen" theme to mark Britain's victory.
