Product Description

This hymn, The Royal Telephone, was composed when telephones were still rare in rural America. The hymn became popular at camp meetings in the 1920s, and, like many hymns of the era, was often performed by New Orleans style jazz bands. This up-tempo arrangement features a written out piano solo but ad-lib solos can be substituted for other instruments.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
