Product Description
This short and sweet piece recalls the alluring and beautiful quality of the color Paris Green. Paris Green is a color that was popular in Parisian fashion and European home design in the 1820s and '30s.
It got it's Emerald hue from a mixture Copper and Arsenic, chemicals which
are highly toxic. Due to many early deaths from this dye, to this day,
French Theatre Custume makers avoid making green costumes,
despite it eventually being discontinued.
When you play Paris Green Waltz, feel free to experiment with the dynamics and phrasing the second time around.
