Product Description

"La Cucaracha Boogie" is written as performed by famous piano artist, Liberace.  It is based upon the traditional Mexcian folk song, 'La Cucaracha', written more than a century ago.

This arrangement has all of the fire and virtuoso effects that Liberace was famous for.

The song is often heard in many Warner Bros. cartoon shows, featuring Road Runner, Bugs Bunny, etc.  It was also briefly used in the movie "Lost Boys" and is used in many comedy films over the years.

Władziu Valentino Liberace (May 16, 1919 February 4, 1987) was an American pianist, singer, and actor.  He was born in Wisconsin to parents of Italian and Polish origin and enjoyed a career spanning four decades of concerts, recordings, television, motion pictures, and endorsements. At the height of his fame from the 1950s to 1970s, he was the highest-paid entertainer in the world!
