Originally written by Matt Maltese, this song was made popular by Sarah Cothran. It was written about a ficitious situation where two people were spending their last moments alive together, having just pushed a button to nuke the world! As a song, it highlights how human beings can completely lose sight of the bigger picture, whilst focusing only on themselves.
